Our sense of the world: accurate or an illusion?

The focus of this podcast is our perception of the world. We take two thought examples by Einstein around the perception of space and time. Then, we explore the nature of time with a few experiments around precognition. Also, we discuss the topic of alternative consciousness and research into out-of-body experiences. The podcast challenges the theoretical assumption of the materialism perspective, highlighting that human perception comes from our evolutionary history and not an accurate representation of the world. Finally, we discuss some of the similarities between quantum mechanics principles and paranormal phenomena. To conclude paranormal phenomena, contradict the materialism perspective but not the laws of science.
